David received his Master Degree in Property Law and Valuation from City University and started his career in 1995 at Cushman and Wakefield Healey and Baker.
David founded Restaurant Property in 2000 and has brokered many of London’s highest profile deals, including Petrus, Bead Street Kitchen and Heddon Street Kitchen for Gordon Ramsay, Roka Mayfair and Aldwych, L’Autre Pied, Roganic and Hibiscus. David has carried out seven of the last ten transactions in Mayfair. His focus is dealing with the Central London area and his clients are global brand leaders and Michelin star occupiers.

Tristram brings the unique combination of top level marketing, brand and people development experience that has been formed throughout a 20 year career in retail across the bar, restaurant and drinks industries.

Ben has work for a number of leading Chartered Surveyors firms over 20 years, more recently as a partner of DEJ Levy and a director of Grice Collin Long. Having predominantly specialised in Retail and Leisure side of the business, marketing and acquiring restaurants and hotels mostly in central London but more recently also across the UK and Europe.
He has also provided on asset management advice on hotel portfolios and seeking funding for development projects. Clients include Prinz Karl Thurn and Taxis Management AG, Gala Casino, CBRE Global Investors and consultancy advice for Bar Holding Ltd.

Matthew graduated from Birmingham City University with a BSc in Real Estate. He started his career as a Graduate Surveyor at Brasier Freeth after having interned at DeVono. Matthew joined Restaurant Property in April 2015.
At Restaurant Property, Matthew primarily oversees the Sales Team whilst also specialising in national acquisition work for companies such as Prezzo, Wildwood and Brasserie Blanc. In addition to this, Matthew has acquired sites for independent operators such as Picture in Fitzrovia and also maintains close relationships with leading chefs such as Adam Handling.

Guy graduated from Regent’s University with a degree in Business in 2014. After initially starting at Restaurant Property as an Intern, he became a full member of the team in January 2015.
At Restaurant Property, Guy is part of the Acquisition Team where he helps both National and Independent operators find suitable premises to suit their specific requirements. Guy has acquired property for the likes of Ceviche, Aubaine and M Restaurants. In addition, Guy can also be found working with our Sales Team on Pub Disposals

Gabriella graduated from the University of Brighton in 2011 with a BA in Business Management. Gabriella started her career as a Lettings Negotiator at Foxtons in Hampstead before joining Restaurant Property in May 2016 as a Surveyor.

Danielle graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2016 with a BA in PPE (Philosophy, Politics and Economics). Danielle has interned at the likes of Derwent London and Fanshawe before joining Restaurant Property in September 2016 as a Surveyor.

Ximena joined Restaurant Property in July 2015, having previously worked in the Executive Search Industry. She graduated from Exeter University in 2011 with a Joint Honours Degree in History and Spanish.

Natalia joined Restaurant Property in February 2014. She graduated in 2008 in Poland and moved to the UK the same year where she joined the hospitality industry.
Natalia oversees our in-house marketing and design as well as helping to support the Acquisition Team.

Ariana joined Restaurant Property in July 2015, having previously worked in Recruitment in the Isle of Man. She graduated from The University of Kent in 2014 with First Class Honours in History and Philosophy of Art.
