Situated in the heart of Marylebone, The Firehouse is the first international site in Andre Balazs’ collection of bespoke, luxury hotels, forming the restoration of one of the first purpose built fire stations in London. The restaurant with large open kitchen is at the heart of Chiltern Firehouse. Michelin starred Chef, Nuno Mendes, draws upon his formative years cooking in the US to create a menu that celebrates contemporary, ingredient-focused cooking, with an underlying American accent.
